How to get the most from my blog posts:
KEEP A RADICALLY OPEN MIND: Don’t read to judge, discriminate, or label. Look for the deeper understanding being conveyed through my experiences and understandings. Sort through the story to find the core message. ( I try to make it easy to spot and understand! )
DON’T TAKE MY WORDS AS LAW: My experiences and how I overcame my struggles are my own and served me in that moment in time. What you read may need to be adjusted to where you are in your life right now. Some of it may not resonate at all and some of it may take years to understand. That’s okay. I am also not a mental healthcare professional. This is not medical advice.
LOOK FOR THE FUNDAMENTALS: When relating my own experiences I will often use the four A’s framework to illustrate how I go from “stuck” to success. I created and utilized this framework in my life by looking for the shared concepts in how people succeed. It is not my own, it is ours. The power of distillation, reading between the lines, and seeking truth in complexity are powerful tools I hope you can make use of to improve your life and the lives of those around you.
QUESTION AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN: What I present here, like all ideas, has the power to change your life as it did mine. Your way of succeeding at this whole “life” thing requires you to take the concepts I present and make them your own. If SUCCESS was as easy as reading a blog post we’d all be successful.
