My name is Tyler Rockwell. I am living proof we can radically change our lives for the better no matter how much life has thrown at us. At 43, after a successful 18 year career in the video game industry, I discovered the ADHDs in myself and my daughter. I radically pivoted to a career of purpose and service to better serve the unique needs of my family and people all over the world with ADHD!

This shift was the beginning of a years-long journey of learning, acceptance, and reconnection to myself, my family, and others. And a lot of healing and growth!

As a Coach I understand "it’s hard being a people!" My life began to change when I put my unique brain to use to break free of my limits. As life is complex enough, I use a SIMPLE approach to improve my client's abilities for Awareness, Acceptance, and Action….. followed by Awesomeness! The four ‘As.’ (This is also the functional part of “The Hero’s Journey!)

I grew up in California where I attended UCSC for Marine Biology and later graduated from The Academy of Art College in San Francisco. I've worked in the video game industry for 18 years as Artist, Art Director, and Producer. Today I live on the East Coast in Virginia with my family building a life I never thought possible. That life is rich with learning, growth, purpose and integrity.

A meaningful life is possible! It just takes work.
